Our chefs have thoughtfully replaced the generic vegetable oil used in the crust and the skin of the mooncakes, to the rich-in-antioxidant olive oil, known to be a healthier alternative. The premium lotus paste used in the Raffles Mooncakes maintains its superior quality with a reduced sugar recipe, better suited to the modern, health-conscious palate.
