Our Raffles Mooncakes have been refreshed with elevated ingredients, much like many of the signature experiences that have revitalised as Raffles Hotel returns to Singapore, following 2 years of restoration. Fans will be pleased to discover a novel sugar-free experience that promotes wellness. Our chefs have thoughtfully replaced the generic vegetable oil used in the crust and the skin of the mooncakes, to the rich-in-antioxidant olive oil, known to be a healthier alternative. The premium lotus paste used in the Raffles Mooncakes maintains its superior quality with a reduced sugar recipe, better suited to the modern, health-conscious palate.
